Nepal Association of Tour & Travel Agents, Eastern Regional Association completed its 4th AGM on 28th February’15 at Janakpur at Hotel Sitasaran. The Chief Guest, Chief District Officer of Dhanusha District, Mr.Krishna Prasad Dhungana inaugurated the NATTA AGM. On his inaugural deliberation, he insisted that all the tourism entrepreneurs should run their businesses normally as the local administration is quite prompt in delivering peace & security to local inhabitants. And the government is always ready to take the step towards the promotion of tourism industry considering it country’s major economic component.
NATTA Eastern Regional Association, President Mr. Tara Bastola presented his annual report from the chair. The report stressed the touristic spots in the Eastern Region should be attracting conserved and promoted at home and abroad.
At the inaugural ceremony, present were NATTA Central Executive member Mr. Sudhir Kumar Upadhyay, Founder President of NATTA Western Regional Association, Mr. Krishna Prasad Bastola, and other officials. The annual report and financial report were presented by Secretary General Mr. Uday Kumar Shrestha and Treasurer Mr. Uday Bahadur Karki. Both the reports were passed by the general meeting.
