Nepal Association of Tour and Travel Agents (NATTA) in collaboration with Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) successfully participated in the Bangladesh Travel and Tourism Fair (BTTF) held in Dhaka, Bangladesh from 19th -21st April 2018.
The 8th Biman Bangladesh Travel and Tourism Fair BTTF, organized by Tour Operators Association of Bangladesh (TOAB), was inaugurated by Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Bangladesh Mr. AKM Shahjahan Kamal. Nepal Pavilion in the Fair was graced by Tourism Minister as well as Ambassador of Nepal to Bangladesh HE Prof. Dr. Chop Lal Bhusal, Minister Counselor Mr. Dhan B. Oli.
A delegation of travel entrepreneurs from Nepal exhibited their tourism products, where number of foreign tour operators and entrepreneurs were interested on tourism products of Nepal.
On the last day of the event, Nepal Night Program was held in conjunction with Embassy of Nepal in Dhaka, NATTA and NTB in Embassy which had the number of invitees including government officials of Bangladesh, tourism dignitaries, local tour operators and media. A Nepal Presentation was made by Mr. Sunil Sharma from Nepal Tourism Board showcasing Nepal products. Secretary General Mr. Ramesh Thapa gave a felicitation speech on mutual relation between two countries and assured of NATTA’s support in any cooperation in any of the endeavors in promotion of tourism.
