Since the whole country is focusing on the revival of Tourism post COVID. We have to fully emphasize our Domestic Tourism and explore the potential tourism destinations. NATTA is in full swing of exploring the hidden tourism destinations of the country with the theme Exploring the Unexplored. In its first edition, NATTA chose Tarkeshwor, which is one of the hidden destinations that needed to be publicized. As Tarkeshwor being the nearest potential destination, which has historical, religious, archaeological and touristic sights, it has become an attractive destination in the Kathmandu Valley for hiking. Along with Tarkeshwar Dham located in the Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park area, there are other tourist destinations like Bhubaneswari Temple, Shanti Dham and View Tower.
