From December 10th to 12th, 2024, the 7th ABTO International Convention took place in Vaishali, Bihar, India, attracting leading professionals and stakeholders in the Buddhist tourism sector from around the world. NATTA Executive Member Mr. Bijaya Rijal represented the Nepal Association of Travel and Tour Agents (NATTA) at this significant event, contributing to discussions on the future of Buddhist tourism.
During the convention, Mr. Rijal was honored with a Token of Love by ABTO in recognition of his participation and contributions. In his speech, he emphasized Nepal’s rich cultural and spiritual heritage, highlighting its prominence as a leading destination for Buddhist tourism.
