NATTA Gandaki Province have organized Customer Service Training in Teeka Resort in Pokhara from 19th December till 23rd of December. It was instructed by Mr. Pankaj Pradhananga, an experienced Lecturer and Tourism Entrepreneur. Its objective was to equip participants with the necessary skills to excel in customer-facing roles, emphasizing effective responses to challenges and the demonstration of assertive yet polite communication. The significance of building rapport with customers through best-practice methods was underscored, ensuring seamless communication and an overall enhancement of customer satisfaction. In a touristic hub like Pokhara, customer care training becomes exceptionally vital. As the region positions itself as a major tourist destination, delivering excellent customer service is crucial for establishing a positive reputation and encouraging repeat visits. The five-day training held from 2pm to 6pm benefited 35 aspiring travel agents constituting a comprehensive 20-hour course. This approach ensured that participants gained valuable insights and skills contributing to the growth of the tourism industry in the region.
