NATTA and Nepal Clearing House (NCHL) signed a MOU today, 14th June 2019 at NATTA Secretariat.
The MOU is in regard to the connectIPS e-Payment system which is a single payment channel.
NCHL has started connectIPS e-Payment system as a single payment channel for the end users to initiate their payments from alternate channels of mobile, web or payment gateway/processor (directly integrated with service provider’s website). Here, the transactions are processed directly through the bank accounts on real-time basis. Customers can link multiple bank accounts within connectIPS and select the one at the time of payment. This has been very useful for the customers for their payments due to convenience and to the services providers like travel agents/ airlines/ aggregators to receive payments.
Members can be enrolled within connectIPS e-payment system through Mobile App or www.connectips.com. NATTA believes that the MOU signed between NCHL and NATTA would be for facilitation of members for payment collection through connectIPS e-Payment system and will be a great achievement for the travel industry and the digital payment landscape in the country.
In this regards, a resource person from NCHL shall be assigned to facilitate and familiarize with connectIPS e-Payment for our members assistance.
NATTA is soon to be connected to connectIPS e-payment from which it will have most of its transactions. Members can easily send their Membership Fee or any other transactions to NATTA via this e-payment system which will be hassle free and economical to members.
