NATTA successfully accomplished 10 day long Skill Development Training Program from April 15th -26th 2019 at NATTA Secretariat. The training was held basically to the beginners of tourism industry who desire to learn on travel and ticketing. The curriculum in the Training included almost all the basic fundamentals essential in tourism industry such as Travel & Ticketing, Travel Communication, Digital Marketing, GDS online training by SABRE Nepal, Basic & Advance and BSP IATA updates.
In the initiation and coordination of Secy. General Mr. Ramesh Thapa the class was successfully run accommodating 10 students for the Training. Different Trainers from different genres trained the students.
On the last day of Training, in appreciation of their study a Certificate Distribution Ceremony to the participants was held on 26th April. NATHM Executive Director Mr. Durga Datta Dhakal attended Closing Ceremony as Chief Guest. Likewise NATTA President Mr. CN Pandey and board members were also present in the ceremony compered by Secy. General Mr. Ramesh Thapa.
Mr. Dhakal admired to have such kinds of tourism related training initiated by NATTA and requested the trained participants to give in their best quality service contributing to the industry.
Likewise, President Mr. Pandey expressed his gladness on NATTA’s initiation to train the beginners who wish to begin their career in tourism industry. Mr. Pandey also apprised about NATTA’s coordination with Government to provide such more trainings generating employment empowering natives of the country.
On the ceremony, Instructors of the training and students both praised such kinds of skill development training and urged to have more of these kinds of training for long-drawn-out time.
