The 51st AGM of NATTA was successfully accomplished on Friday, the 16th January 2015 at Radisson Hotel, Lazimpat. The Program was inaugurated by Indian Ambassador to Nepal, H.E Ranjit Rae.
During his speech, His Excellency said that there is a need of mutual cooperation as Nepal and India are jointly promoting tourism. His suggestion was to focus on religious and adventure tourism. One of the speakers, Mr. Prachanda Man Shrestha, former CEO of Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) said there is a need of the campaign to promote regional markets and needs to move forward giving priority to neighboring countries India and China.
After the inaugural ceremony, NATTA members’ closed session was held in which the report presented by NATTASecretary General Ms. Mihika Dhakhwa and Treasurer Narayan Pd. Gurung Koney were passed.
