Required Documentation Checklist
Valid operating license issued by Ministry of Culture, Tourism & Civil Aviation.
Certificate of Incorporation with Memorandum & Articles of Association (MOA/AOA).
Taxpayer identification certificate issued by Inland Revenue Department (IRD).
Tax compliance clearance for the immediately preceding fiscal year.
Foreign exchange permit (mandatory for travel agencies dealing in international ticketing).
National identity or passport copies of authorized board directors / executives.
