By accessing or using the official website portal of the Nepal Association of Tour & Travel Agents ("NATTA") at natta.org.np, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this portal.

2. Accredited Member Directory & Digital Badges

• Verification Accuracy: Information published in the NATTA Member Directory is provided by accredited travel and tour operator agencies. NATTA verifies government licensing and membership standing during annual renewal cycles.
• Official Member Verification QR Badges: Digital verification QR badges issued by NATTA are proprietary badges intended solely for display by active, accredited member companies in good standing.

3. Member Portal & Code of Conduct

Accredited members utilizing the member portal and industry blacklist registry agree to provide accurate, truthful information. Submitting fraudulent reports or unauthorized trade notices is strictly prohibited and subject to review by the NATTA Executive Committee and Legal & Compliance Sub-Committee.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, emblems, text, graphics, trade publications, and software code, is the property of NATTA or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of Nepal.

5. Limitation of Liability & Contact

While NATTA strives to maintain accurate and up-to-date information across all directories and government affairs updates, NATTA shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from third-party travel bookings or commercial disputes.
