59th Annual General Meeting & Election 2026

The Nepal Association of Tour & Travel Agents (NATTA) successfully held its 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Election on 14th August 2026 at The Soaltee Kathmandu, bringing together distinguished guests, tourism leaders, NATTA members, tourism entrepreneurs and representatives from across Nepal’s tourism industry.
The programme was graced by Rt. Hon. Dol Prasad (DP) Aryal, Speaker of the House of Representatives, as the Chief Guest. The event also welcomed Hon. Khadak Raj Poudel (Ganes), Minister for Culture, Tourism & Civil Aviation and Mr. Mukunda Prasad Niraula, Secretary, Ministry of Culture, Tourism & Civil Aviation, along with the Presidents and representatives of FNCCI, CNI, HAN and various tourism associations and organizations, as well as prominent leaders and stakeholders from Nepal’s tourism sector.
The gathering provided an important platform to reflect on NATTA’s journey and achievements, recognize valuable contributions to Nepal’s tourism industry, and reaffirm the association’s commitment to strengthening the travel trade through unity, professionalism, collaboration and advocacy.
The AGM programme featured the launch of “NATTA Journey 2024–2026,” presentation of the NATTA 2024–2026 video, recognition and appreciation of tourism associations, organizations, long-serving NATTA members, tourism contributors and journalists, as well as the Khagendra Raj Pandey Memorial Travel & Tourism Award.
Election of the New Executive Committee
Following the completion of the AGM proceedings, the second session proceeded with the NATTA Election 2026, marking the beginning of a new chapter in NATTA’s institutional journey.
Mr. Bharat Jung Pandey was elected as the President of NATTA, along with the following newly elected Executive Committee:

• Secretary – Mr. Ramesh Parajuli
