BARN–NATTA Collaboration Highlights Shared Vision for Nepal’s Aviation and Travel Sector

2nd October 2026, Kathmandu – The Board of Airlines Representatives in Nepal (BARN) organized an interaction and networking programme bringing together key stakeholders from Nepal’s aviation, tourism and travel industry, with the objective of strengthening collaboration and promoting a shared vision for the sector.
The Nepal Association of Tour & Travel Agents (NATTA) appreciated BARN for organizing the programme and for its continued support and collaboration towards strengthening Nepal’s aviation, tourism and travel industry.
The engagement between BARN and NATTA provided an important platform to connect, collaborate and exchange perspectives on the opportunities and challenges facing Nepal’s aviation and travel sector. The two organizations emphasized the importance of continued cooperation among airlines, travel agencies and other tourism stakeholders to further strengthen Nepal’s tourism ecosystem.
During the programme, the management of Vivanta Kathmandu also showcased its properties and hospitality offerings across Nepal, highlighting opportunities for greater cooperation with the travel trade and tourism industry.
NATTA expressed its appreciation to BARN for its continued partnership and valuable efforts towards bringing together stakeholders of the aviation and tourism sectors. Such collaborative initiatives are expected to contribute to stronger industry relationships, enhanced connectivity and the promotion of Nepal as an attractive tourism destination.
