NATTA Supports Disaster Relief Efforts with Contribution to Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund
We extend our deepest condolences to all those who lost their lives in the recent floods and natural disasters and express our heartfelt solidarity with the affected families and communities.
In a spirit of solidarity and collective responsibility, NATTA has made a contribution of NPR 11,11,111/- (Nepalese Rupees Eleven Lakh Eleven Thousand One Hundred Eleven Only) to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund to support ongoing relief and recovery efforts.
NATTA President Mr. Bharat Jung Pandey, accompanied by the Executive Board Members, formally handed over the contribution to Hon. Khadak Raj Paudel (Ganesh), Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation. During the meeting, the following key issues were raised and brought to the attention of the Hon. Minister:
1. Tourism Bill (पर्यटन विधेयक)
2. Strengthen Destination Infrastructure
3. Promote Nepal beyond Traditional Markets
4. Make Nepal a Strong MICE Destination
5. Airline Commission
6. GDS and IATA Inventory
7. Tourism Crisis and Recovery Mechanism
